I am a co-founder of Lezyne, where I was involved in every aspect of building a successful company. I also ran ROAD Magazine as the publication’s creative director for four years. I spent my early years as Truvativ’s marketing manager, which transitioned into a lead marketing roll with SRAM. I’ve also had various titles with other brands, including: e*thirteen, Bike Magazine, DK Bicycles (System Cycle Supply), Sunstorm Cyclery (where I wrenched as a teenager.) Additionally I support a handful of small local businesses/events out of passion, these include: Bijou Bakery, SLO Little500, Hodala.cx and Grit World Racing.
My editorial experience also includes contributions to Peloton Magazine, Decline Magazine and Mountain Bike Action. My photography has been featured in numerous other publications and used by some of the biggest athletes in the world like Danny MacAskill, Alison Tetrick, Cedric Gracia, Mark Cavendish, and many more.
I was raised and currently live in San Luis Obispo, California, which People for Bikes ranked as the best city for cycling in 2020. You’ll still find me on a bike as often as I can, and involved in our local cycling community in between the rides.
